About Frank McLuskie Fine Art Restoration
I am a paintings conservator / restorer, and have been for the last 50 years. I started in 1971 with the Scottish Gallery.
I set up my own studio in 1982 and in that time, have worked on many Scottish private collections. I have also worked extensively for large establishments, such as banks and Institutions with important collections, as well as many castles and stately homes throughout the country.

Many provincial galleries and museums, including, Aberdeen,Perth,Stirling, Dundee, etc, have used my services, allowing me gain great experience, working on some of the countries best paintings.

I offer a full restoration service working on:
Oil paintings: cleaning, removal of discoloured varnish layers, repairs to canvas supports and lining to new supports.
Watercolours and works on paper: cleaning and repairing.

I am happy to give advice and a condition report for paintings and an estimate for any work suggested.
